Valencia is a great city among all levels, but it highlights as an excellent capital to practice sports, especially nautical sports disciplines. The geographic location next to the Mediterranean Sea, a smooth climate, first level sport facilities, as La Marina de Valencia, Valencia Mar and the Royal Nautical Club of Valencia, which was chosen, among many others, as essential features to take in the celebration of the 32nd edition of America’s Cup during 2007. Valencia offers to all its visitors a wide cultural, gastronomic, and touristic offer to enjoy, even, further on the excellent nautical races which take place in our city.
